It's important to note that the timeline and milestones can vary depending on the size and complexity of the custom home project. The Design Phase can take anywhere from 3 to 8 months, depending on the level of detail required and how quickly the homeowner makes decisions. The post-design portion of the project can take up to 1.5 years, depending on the size and complexity of the project. Additionally, unexpected issues or delays can still arise during any phase of the project, so it's always a good idea to build in some buffer time to account for these contingencies. The customer expectations should be clearly communicated and agreed upon by both parties before the project begins to ensure a successful outcome.
