For non-emergency punch issues, we have a clear process in place. At month 11 of the warranty period, it becomes the responsibility of the homeowner to provide us with a comprehensive warranty list, complete with descriptions and accompanying photos.
We will then schedule the necessary work to address those items, ensuring that your concerns are properly addressed.
