Warranty Process:

Welcome to GoodHaus, your trusted partner for exceptional Design+Build services.

We take great pride in our craftsmanship and are dedicated to providing our clients with outstanding results that stand the test of time. As a testament to our commitment to quality, we offer a standard 1-year warranty on all our work.

With our 1-year warranty, you can have peace of mind knowing that your investment is protected. We stand behind the materials we use and the workmanship we deliver, ensuring that your renovated space exceeds your expectations and withstands the rigors of daily use.

Our warranty covers a wide range of aspects, including structural integrity, plumbing, electrical systems, and mechanical installations. Should any defects arise within the warranty period as a result of faulty materials or workmanship, we will promptly address and resolve the issues at no additional cost to you.

To ensure the utmost satisfaction, we provide an initial, comprehensive punch out to address any immediate or emergency issues shortly after the completion of the project.

For non-emergency punch issues, we have a clear process in place. At month 11 of the warranty period, it becomes the responsibility of the homeowner to provide us with a comprehensive warranty list, complete with descriptions and accompanying photos.

We will then schedule the necessary work to address those items, ensuring that your concerns are properly addressed.

At GoodHaus we believe in building long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Our 1-year warranty is a testament to our confidence in the quality of our work and our commitment to your satisfaction. We strive for excellence in every project we undertake, delivering results that enhance your living space and exceed your expectations.

Experience the difference of working with a company that stands by its work.
